Kirton Friday Five

Again we were lucky with ideal running weather - a cool dry evening. There were 427 finishers in this year's Kirton Friday 5, sponsored by Felixstowe Family Amusements. Race winners were David Miller of Woodbridge Shufflers in 25:23 and Tamara Jordan of Stowmarket Striders in 29:19. We also had 147 entries in the Fun Run, the winner being Rhys Hinton Smith of Felixstowe Road Runners in 9:10 (one to look out for in the future). Well done to all category winners and a big thank you to all who helped make this so successful, and in particular Paul Felton whose meticulous hard work on the night and the week after is very much appreciated.
